If you're organized, a great communicator, and eager to support a growing team, we’d love to hear from you. This position will help support approximately 410 full-time and part-time employees (and growing) in several states, including some areas with a Spanish-preferred speaking workforce. We're Looking for: - Experience with day-to-day HR tasks (HRIS systems, general paperwork, onboarding, offboarding). - Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion. - Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team, with flexibility and willingness to learn. - Proven experience in a remote work environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). - Experience with BambooHR is a definite plus. - Someone who takes the initiative to share ideas. - Approachable and appropriate in interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment.
