Head of Sales – Retail
Uneekor, Inc.
• Develop and execute the U.S. retail sales strategy aligned with Uneekor’s revenue and brand objectives • Drive expansion with national, regional, specialty, and independent retailers • Identify new retail opportunities, channels, and partnerships to accelerate market penetration • Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for retail channels • Lead relationships with key retail accounts, buying groups, and strategic partners • Negotiate pricing, terms, promotions, assortments, and merchandising programs • Collaborate with retailers on joint business plans, sell-through initiatives, and promotional calendars • Ensure strong in-store execution, merchandising standards, and brand presentation • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing retail sales team (regional managers, reps, account managers) • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability across the organization • Coach and mentor sales leaders to strengthen performance, pipeline management, and execution • Foster a performance driven, collaborative, and customer centric sales culture • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams • Align product launches, promotions, and inventory planning with retail partners • Provide market feedback to inform product development, pricing, and positioning • Ensure accurate demand planning and inventory flow to support retail growth • Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, sell-through, margin, inventory turns, and account performance • Leverage CRM and retail analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions • Prepare executive-level reporting and insights on retail performance and growth opportunities
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in retail, wholesale, or omnichannel environments
- Proven success managing national and regional retail accounts in the U.S.
- Strong track record of building and scaling retail sales teams
- Experience owning large revenue targets and complex retail negotiations
- Golf industry/golf simulator product sales experience preferred
- Knowledge and passion around data, marketing solutions, software, services, and technology, coupled with experience selling in the golf simulator industry
- Deep understanding of retail economics, sell-through, merchandising, and promotions
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and CRM skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and preferably have experience helping a company in the early stages
