What You’ll Be Responsible For - Technical Leadership in Charging Infrastructure: - Serve as a senior technical authority supporting the design and deployment of large-scale EV charging infrastructure. - Provide guidance on site electrical design, grid integration, and charging system architecture. - Advise customers and internal teams on best practices for reliable, scalable charging deployments. - Customer and Industry Engagement: - Work directly with customer engineering teams, infrastructure planners, and utilities to support charging network deployments. - Translate customer site requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with Tritium products. - Participate in high-level technical discussions with senior stakeholders and executive leadership. - Infrastructure Design Expertise: - Develop site design concepts including electrical layouts, cable schedules, protection systems, and equipment specifications. - Ensure designs comply with North American electrical standards including NEC and related regulatory requirements. - Support both grid-connected and off-grid charging infrastructure scenarios. - Product Development Insight: - Provide feedback to Tritium engineering teams based on real-world installation and deployment challenges. - Participate in product design reviews to ensure future products are optimized for deployment efficiency and installation simplicity. - Help shape reference architectures and best practices for EV charging infrastructure.
