Role Description The Senior Compensation, Benefits & Leave Advisor will own and operate the full Total Rewards and Leave function for a global workforce of approximately 750 employees. This role is both strategic and hands-on — responsible for compensation design and analysis, benefits strategy and vendor management, leave administration, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This individual must be comfortable running the function end-to-end, partnering with leadership, negotiating with vendors, and managing complexity related to organizational changes, including entity splits and restructuring. Role Description Supports and develops county Farm Bureau membership and programming by building relationships, developing programs, planning events and managing county communications to promote agriculture in the local community. Provides administrative assistance for the assigned county associations, their meetings and activities.
