We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Analyst to join our dynamic team, combining expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Manager, and our proprietary optimization platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with executing campaign strategies that leverage our proprietary ad tech. This role will be consultative and in support of CSMs and will not hold a specific book of business. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge in GA4, Google Adwords, Facebook and will be comfortable using our technology and off-platform analytics to tell a story and make clear recommendations. You will be assigned to work with mid-market customers and will be responsible for executing custom campaigns, ad copy, and budget updates as well as make proactive suggestions/monitor budget pacing in support of Customer Success Managers. This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Advertising Operations. What you will be responsible for - Partnering closely with retail customers to ensure paid advertising campaigns are optimized and pacing correctly. - Helping onboard new customers with a proposed digital advertising strategy. - Collaborating with Retail Customer Success Managers to proactively provide insights and help create and edit campaigns as needed. - Resolving and implementing budget recommendations and giving performance feedback by request. - Acting as an internal resource to help provide insights on campaign performance - Training Customer Success Managers and clients on our dashboard capabilities. - Collaborating with Product to give feedback on common client concerns or requests. - Continuously monitoring campaign performance metrics and implementing optimization tactics as needed to maximize conversions and ROI. - Understanding client goals, objectives, and performance expectations for Digital Advertising customers. - Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on our optimization and bidding techniques. - Conducting thorough troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve DigAd issues promptly. - Leveraging advanced data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data. - Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization across accounts, providing recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
