This role ensures high-quality delivery of testing activities across projects, promoting rigorous validation of business requirements, effective defect management, and readiness for production deployment. The UAT Manager provides strategic direction, manages resources and capacity, enforces testing standards, and partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that solutions meet business objectives and regulatory standards. License must be active and unrestricted in state of practice. - Some states may require 1 year of behavioral health experience (depends on state/contractual requirements). - Quality auditing, peer review, and process improvement experience. - Knowledge of Healthcare Effectiveness Data Information Set (HEDIS) and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). - Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem solving skills. - Ability to work cross-collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization. - Time-management skills and ability to multi-task. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency. The Executive Director, Clinical Quality Assurance will perform day-to-day clinical quality operations and compliance activities to support the success of our clinical programs in addition to being a strategic partner to Clinical Development and Operations. This role will maintain and ensure effectiveness of quality programs and documentation to assure compliance and inspection readiness with all applicable quality requirements and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in GCP, GPvP and GLP QA operations, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
