Job Description: The Marketing Project & Operations Manager will be a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for managing and delivering marketing programs, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives within a B2B technology and professional services environment. This role is designed to support the growing scope and complexity of the marketing function by bringing experienced execution leadership across demand generation, GTM initiatives, creative production, marketing operations, and analytics. While this role does not own marketing strategy, it will require strong judgment, experience, and initiative to effectively manage execution, recognize when messaging or GTM flow may need to shift, and proactively provide informed recommendations to the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate has direct experience in B2B tech/services marketing, brings ideas and practical insight, and continuously looks for ways to improve, elevate, and optimize marketing execution within a lean, fast-moving team. Job Type: Full Time Employee Travel: 100% Remote Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the operations of a wide range of marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives from planning through execution - Ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality - Maintain project plans, timelines, calendars, and dependencies across marketing programs and full operations - Work closely with the Marketing team and assigned internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution efficiency Demand Generation & GTM Execution Support - Support the execution of demand generation and go-to-market initiatives within a B2B technology and services marketing model - Coordinate campaign components including messaging, creative assets, timelines, and execution flow, working closely with key stakeholders - Apply B2B marketing experience to identify when campaigns, messaging, or GTM motions may need to pivot and provide recommendations to the VP of Marketing Website & Digital Presence - Support ongoing website maintenance and content updates, including page edits, campaign landing pages, messaging updates, and coordination with internal or external resources as needed - Ensure website content aligns with current campaigns, GTM initiatives, brand standards, and messaging priorities - Apply working knowledge of website best practices (UX, messaging clarity, basic SEO considerations) to support effective execution and updates Social Media Execution - Support the execution and coordination of social media posts (primarily LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms) aligned to campaigns, events, GTM initiatives, and thought leadership efforts - Coordinate social content, creative assets, and posting schedules in collaboration with the Marketing team - Apply B2B social media best practices to ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and timing Creative & Graphic Arts Execution - Serve as a hands-on creative contributor with a strong graphic arts background - Design, manage, and support the production of branded assets, campaign creative, presentations, event materials, and marketing collateral - Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards, messaging objectives, and campaign goals - Leverage both traditional creative tools and modern AI-enabled design tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency of output - Utilize AI tools to support content creation, creative production, campaign execution, and reporting - Stay current on emerging AI and marketing tools and recommend practical enhancements to improve marketing workflows - Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall execution efficiency Reporting & Marketing Analytics - Support reporting and analytics for marketing campaigns, social, GTM initiatives, and demand generation efforts - Assist in tracking campaign performance, engagement, and outcomes - Prepare summaries and insights to support leadership reviews and ongoing optimization Continuous Improvement & Marketing Advisory Support - Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities across marketing execution/operations - Bring forward ideas to improve messaging, creative execution, GTM flow/operations, and tool usage - Serve as a trusted execution partner and advisor to the VP of Marketing, providing recommendations based on experience, results, and performance data General Marketing Support & Execution - Perform general marketing tasks as assigned to support the overall Marketing team, including new initiatives, ad-hoc requests, special projects, and varying timelines - Support a collaborative, hands-on team environment where responsibilities may shift based on departmental priorities and business needs Required Qualifications - 6–9+ years of hands-on marketing experience within B2B technology and/or professional services organizations - Demonstrated experience managing complex marketing programs, tools and GTM initiatives in a B2B environment - Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, campaign execution, and longer sales cycles to qualification - Proven ability to manage execution while applying judgment to recommend improvements or pivots - Strong graphic arts and creative production background with hands-on experience using modern design/AI tools - Working knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting, and performance tracking - Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B technology consulting, SaaS, cloud, data, AI, or professional services marketing - Experience supporting enterprise and/or mid-market go-to-market motions - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a MUST [SFDC Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.] - Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for creative, content, and marketing execution and analytics
