Role Description We are looking for a Lead Hardware Support Engineer to build and lead a production-grade L3 hardware support and escalation function for large-scale, GPU-dense datacenter infrastructure. • Manage the supported systems of the C5ISC • Provides services to include system engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, network engineering, test engineering, electronic engineering, and technical writing. • Provides management, supervision, coordination, support, and monitoring of a project team • Provides input for proposal preparation, project estimation and budgeting, technical review, and presentation • Manages, tracks, controls, and reports on all aspects of project performance • Generate, or oversees generation of, test and evaluation plans, and executes those plans when necessary. • Documents and communicates results at all levels to Government representatives.

• Oversee the end-to-end development of camera systems, from sensor selection and optical design to ISP tuning and mass production release. • Work closely with computer vision scientists, ML engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers to ensure hardware output is perfectly tuned for perception algorithms. • Stay current with industry trends in computational photography and 3D sensing. • Conduct design reviews and both design and process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. • Architect characterization setups to evaluate MTF, color accuracy, and SNR. • Troubleshoot complex imaging issues and implement effective solutions.
