ServiceNow System Administrator

• Perform day-to-day ServiceNow system administration activities • Manage users, groups, roles, and access controls • Configure and maintain forms, lists, UI policies, and basic workflows • Support incident, request, change, and knowledge processes • Monitor system health and assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution • Apply platform updates, patches, and configurations under guidance from senior team members • Support platform governance and configuration management processes • Assist with testing and validation of new features and enhancements • Document configurations, procedures, and standard operating processes • Participate in Agile ceremonies as part of the delivery team • Ensure platform activities align with federal security and compliance requirements

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform functionality
  • Experience managing users, roles, groups, and access controls
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge)
  • Ability to follow established platform standards and procedures
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a federal or regulated environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ServiceNow CSA

The ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant is an experienced subject matter expert and focuses on development and delivery of value added integration and consultative services in the area of Enterprise solutions, designing, deploying and integrating various product sets.
