Role Description We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join the Learning & Development team in our Tax practice. This role can sit in any of our CohnReznick Offices. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Project and Program Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the Tax learning pathways, with primary focus on technical learning. - Adult Learning Design: Perform competency mapping and employ advanced principles to create engaging content and programs. - Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively consult and collaborate with Practice Leaders, People and Culture, and other stakeholders. - Global Learning: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify specific learning and development requirements. - Communication: Leverage relationship development skills, negotiation, and influence to drive L&D initiatives forward. - Evaluation and ROI: Conduct program evaluations to monitor and evaluate learning programs. - Innovation: Perform ongoing internal and external research and benchmarking to identify and implement best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field. - 7-10+ years of progressive experience in learning, program management, and instructional design. - Design engaging, outcomes-based learning experiences across modalities (e.g., in-person, virtual, self-paced). - Competence with tax compliance and research software to include CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, CaseWare, ThomsonReuters Checkpoint, and GoFileRoom. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with learning management systems. - Ability to maintain confidentiality, credibility, and trust across sensitive initiatives. - Willingness to travel to multiple office and/or conference center locations across the United States to lead and support in-person programming. Requirements - Assess complex learning needs, synthesize input from multiple stakeholders, and develop creative, business-aligned solutions. - Partner with Practice Leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build a firmwide Tax curriculum. - Use learning metrics, feedback, and business KPIs to evaluate program impact and continuously refine the learning strategy. - Lead sessions when appropriate, train facilitators, and provide developmentally focused coaching. - Perform ongoing internal and external research and benchmarking to identify and implement best practices. - Partner with L&D Operations and the Marketing Events team to implement a conference-event management approach. Job Requirements
