POSITION SUMMARY: - Support distributed instructional teams to deliver high-quality online instruction aligned with program standards. - Monitor live and asynchronous classes to ensure instructional quality, student engagement, and adherence to expectations. - Assist with onboarding, communication, and professional development initiatives for instructional staff. - Use program data, classroom observations, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for instructional improvement and innovation. - Coordinate operational aspects of program delivery, including staffing, scheduling, and instructional continuity. - Collaborate with internal teams and school partners to optimize program implementation, partner satisfaction, and student outcomes globally. - Contribute to initiatives that enhance program scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. - Support specialized program offerings, including faith-based curriculum, ensuring alignment with program values and standards. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s strongly preferred. - 3–5+ years managing instructional teams, online programs, or global educational initiatives; classroom-only experience is insufficient. - Proven experience leading multi-team or multi-program online learning initiatives, preferably with distributed or international teams. - Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and support remote teams effectively. - Proficiency with educational technology platforms for program oversight, data analysis, and performance evaluation. - Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of driving instructional improvements at scale. - Ability to work remotely during local daytime hours that correspond to U.S. Eastern Time evenings and nights, enabling real-time collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
