• LMS Administration & Stewardship • Learn to develop and maintain the Schoox LMS architecture, including course creation, curriculum learning paths, and automated user assignments. • Shadow the process of identifying and sourcing relevant external content from providers such as OpenSesame and YouTube to curate a high-impact public library. • Gain experience providing LMS navigation support and basic technical troubleshooting for internal employees and managers under the guidance of your mentor. • Content & Media Development • Gain hands-on experience generating multimedia training assets and graphics using Canva and Articulate to support learner populations. • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for core business systems—including NetSuite, Jira, and Ready Connect—to serve as standardized job aids. • Program Coordination & Logistics • Support the coordination and communication of training logistics across departments to ensure the seamless execution of virtual sessions. • Analytics & Operational Support • Learn to build and provide detailed status updates and performance reporting on compliance and participation rates tailored to executive leadership.

• As an AI Engineer, you will be the bridge between "what’s next" and "what works." • Lead technical execution in cloud-native environments (GCP/AWS) and build prototypes that solve real-world problems. • Own the technical delivery of innovation-focused initiatives from concept to implementation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and shape solutions. • Rapidly prototype and iterate on new applications or internal tools to validate ideas. • Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using services like Vertex AI, LangChain, and LLM APIs. • Integrate machine learning models into internal tools, workflows, and user-facing products. • Develop prompt engineering workflows, orchestration patterns, and scalable AI solutions. • Architect cloud-native solutions in GCP and AWS, using best practices in scalability, security, and automation. • Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • Support automation, API integration, and serverless deployments across multiple environments. • Contribute across a wide range of engineering activities, including scripting, automation, cloud setup, and backend development. • Solve ambiguous or undefined technical problems with practical and creative solutions. • Provide support for troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing solutions post-deployment. • Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks and recommend potential applications to support internal and external initiatives. • Document and share findings with internal teams to drive knowledge sharing and reusability.

• Lead the consultation with Ready Computing customers on best IT practices within the healthcare sector. • Architecting site-specific solutions based on the latest relevant paradigms and standards. • Develop & Optimize Healthcare Solutions. • Design and implement scalable, high-volume data integration and interoperability solutions using InterSystems HealthShare, IRIS, Ensemble, Cache, and ObjectScript. • Create, enhance, and maintain healthcare system interfaces using HL7v2, HL7v3, FHIR, CDA, and X12. • Implement terminology mappings (SNOMED, ICD, LOINC) and privacy/confidentiality filters. • Collaborate & Consult with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define, optimize, and implement healthcare data exchange solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges. • Develop and Implement FHIR Services and interoperability. • Develop REST/SOAP web services for data exchange and system interoperability.
