Technical Product Manager, Enterprise AI Platforms

• Act as Product Owner for the IV.AI Data Platform, responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap execution, and overall platform performance. • Partner with engineering, data, and operations teams to translate product strategy into clearly defined requirements, development priorities, and delivery milestones. • Lead the prioritization and delivery of platform features, ensuring initiatives are aligned with company objectives and delivered according to roadmap commitments. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to scope initiatives, estimate resourcing needs, and ensure successful implementation of product enhancements. • Monitor product performance and customer health metrics metrics to inform continuous improvement, proactively addressing friction points to drive user adoption. • Support the planning and execution of platform initiatives by developing delivery estimates, aligning resources, and ensuring projects meet approved budget and margin expectations. • Gather, define, and document product requirements that can be understood by technical project managers, developers, designers, colleagues in content, marketing, and sales, and executives • Conduct regular ideation and specification sessions to ensure alignment of stakeholders across departments, business lines, and partner organizations • Work with Lead Engineer(s) to write stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining backlog for development and ensuring priorities are assigned to appropriate sprints • Develop resourcing and delivery estimates in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. • Monitor project scope, budget, and delivery to ensure engagements meet margin expectations and financial targets. • Own the day-to-day prioritization and approval of features as they are released • Experience shipping both responsive websites and native mobile apps • Act as the main point of contact for product questions, issues, and feedback • Work with the project teams to improve project and content management workflows • Review product performance against KPIs, test and make feature improvements • A client-focused, metrics-informed approach to product • Conduct competitive research and analysis, evaluating impacts of potential product features • Answering both internal and external product-related queries in a timely manner • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction • Providing reports to key stakeholders on product performance

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on digital / data product management, UX design, and user acquisition
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred but not required
  • Experience working with data or AI/ML projects / products
  • Experience working with content management systems
  • Experience with agile development, preferably as product owner
  • Working knowledge preferred of Figma, Asana/Linear, Notion, Miro and other comparable design and product related tools.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with budget and own P&L with respect to projects.
  • Fast learner with a good general understanding of technology
  • Proven track record of delivering against targets with real-life examples
  • Track record of building and maintaining excellent long term relationships
  • Experience working with technical products and teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • BSc required / Master degree preferred
