• Evaluate customer-defined opportunities to assess compatibility with Osaro’s technology and product roadmap. • Perform technical presentations, site assessments, and high-level system designs. • Develop detailed ROI analyses, system cost estimates, and compelling business proposals. • Execute system-level simulations using Visual Components software. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and executive leadership, clearly articulating technical findings and strategic recommendations. • Support principal accounts and strategic opportunities by serving as the technical lead throughout discovery, solution development, and proposal phases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics automation or robotics, either in engineering or technical sales roles.
  • Proven experience with system-level design and simulation, ideally using Visual Components.
  • Solid understanding of material handling concepts and system integration.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills: Ability to swiftly identify customer pain points, ask insightful questions, and understand the root of logistical and technical challenges.
  • Strong technical translation skills: Effectively summarize key technical insights, eliminating unnecessary complexity, to communicate clearly across varied internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptive communication style: Ability to navigate and influence diverse environments, comfortably interacting with technical teams, sales professionals, and executive leadership.
