Senior Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst – Marketing

• Provide dedicated support to the SVP, Marketing and marketing leadership. • Analyze key marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion and retention. • Proactively seek out new opportunities to improve and optimize marketing processes and funnels based on insights. • Own the weekly and monthly reporting cadence, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for leadership. • Build and maintain data-driven presentations for various leadership meetings, including monthly marketing presentations, QBRs, and revenue status meetings. • Track, analyze, and report on marketing spend and ROI to inform budget allocation and optimization decisions. • Work collaboratively with the GTM and Product analytics teams to align on data sources and reporting standards.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing or business analyst in a SAAS company with a focus on marketing attribution and pipeline generation.
  • Hands-on experience with core MarTech platforms: Salesforce CRM, Marketo/HubSpot, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly independent and proactive, a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and work closely with senior leaders without direct daily supervision.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Hex).
  • Experience working with a hybrid growth model.
