Training Program Manager

• Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of training programs for data center operations personnel • Develop comprehensive training curricula for data center operations including technical systems training, safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements • Create structured learning pathways for different roles and experience levels while ensuring programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements for mission-critical infrastructure operations • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design training materials including instructor guides, hands-on exercises, digital learning modules, and competency assessments • Collaborate to develop multimedia training content incorporating virtual reality simulations, interactive demonstrations, and real-world case studies to enhance learning effectiveness and knowledge retention • Schedule and coordinate training sessions across multiple facilities and shifts, managing instructor assignments, classroom resources, and equipment requirements • Oversee both classroom-based and field training activities while ensuring minimal disruption to operational schedules and maintaining training quality standards • Manage learning management systems and training databases to track employee progress, certification status, and compliance requirements • Develop and administer competency-based assessments to validate employee skills and knowledge across critical operational areas • Coordinate with external training providers, equipment manufacturers, and certification bodies to deliver specialized technical training • Monitor training program effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge retention testing, and correlation analysis between training completion and operational performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or data center operations
- Professional certifications in training development (CTD, CPTD) or data center management preferred
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure including electrical systems, cooling technologies, fire suppression, and monitoring platforms
- Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training delivery methods including virtual and hands-on instruction techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously while coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholder requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with experience presenting to diverse audiences including technical personnel and senior management
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting training data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for program improvements.

We are seeking a Program Manager with deep expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions within the banking industry. This role provides significant growth and exposure across multiple M&A initiatives within a financial institution. The Program Manager will lead Day 1 readiness, ensuring the successful conversion of, but not limited to, core systems, marketing, data, wire, digital banking, etc. Following Day 1, responsibilities will include system decommissioning, support planning, and post-integration activities. This role works directly with different clients and project teams to deliver the full M&A scope, while partnering with business change managers and project sponsors to align with business objectives. The Program Manager will own the conversion process end-to-end, driving execution through playbooks, work streams, and centralized oversight via an Event Command Center. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading M&A activities in a banking environment, both before and after Day 1 conversions, and is willing to step in to ensure success. This is a Remote, Full-Time position with the possibility of some travel. Key Responsibilities - Providing overall M&A planning, timeline, and issue monitoring and resolution - Work with M&A Project Managers and Business Analysts to create M&A Playbooks for the overall engagement and each workstream across the banking centers, contact centers and the operational and administrative teams to ensure all process steps, dependencies and interdependencies across systems and business units for the conversion implementation are addressed. - Establish the Line of Business Event Management - Setup and support the Line of Business Conversion Command Center - Create the Bank Associate Conversion Support Plan - Enforcing M&A Governance rules which involve working with the overarching structure, processes and procedures to accomplish objectives including metrics of success and deliverables - Working with other Program and Project Managers to resolve issues across project teams, individual project stakeholders, program stakeholders and sponsors - Coordinating resources within project teams - Ensuring synergies between workstreams are realized - Remove impediments to allow the project team to meet deliverables timeframe - Monitoring project expenditures and ensuring that the project realizes its financial & business benefits. - Managing risk and taking corrective measures to resolve issues - Managing communication across all stakeholders, third-party contributors and project team members - Maintaining the project documentation, including all plans, timelines, documentation and briefs/reports. - Ensuring the execution of all project tasks is carried out on schedule - Providing contingency planning and risk mitigation - Assuring contract compliance - Providing executive communication and materials such as status reports and/or presentations on status, issues, remediation activities, and timeline impact, if any.
