• Lead sophisticated distribution center improvements and spear the deployment of extra-large complex project/projects with $100M+ project financials. • Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial and managerial leadership for successful implementation of projects. • Makes sure projects are aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization and, if not, revises plan to make them so. • Oversees all project implementation related to project management, including monitoring and reporting, financials transactions, execution of project plans and performance. • Maintain alignment across KPI Solutions and client project leaders, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. • Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships of a project team. • Mitigate safety, scope, schedule, and cost risks both internally and with clients. • Lead the development of project budgets and business plans for all project functional areas. • Exhibit expert level leadership skills demonstrated by developing and implementing project organizational goals and objectives. • Apply superior understanding of Project Management concepts, processes, and trends in the design and implementation of solutions. • Understand specific capabilities within complex material handling systems and leverage advanced knowledge to assist with design and implementation efforts. • Accountable for project/projects compliance to KPI project governance, reporting, and tools in the delivery of projects. • Drive innovation related to the conceptualization of new as well as improved tools, templates, and methodologies. • Collaborate in an environment where robust learning objectives are set to align training, coaching, and experience to assure critical competencies, skills, and knowledge are developed. • Provide leadership as a Resource Manager as business needs require. • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.

• Support the Program Manager(s) and cross-functional teams in delivering locum staffing services. • Serve as liaison to Program Manager, client and agencies. • Partner with Program Manager(s) on the entire VMS process - requisition, confirmation, onboarding, credentialing, booking, timesheet approvals. • Deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics that meet client expectations and align with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. • Develop and customize reports for clients, focusing on areas such as fulfillment, agency ranking, onboarding, and additional client-specific needs. • Maintain data integrity and operational workflows in VMS platforms. • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submissions and compliance. • Execute booking confirmations in alignment with contractual terms in client master agreement and supplier agreements. • Ensure facilitation of all workflow steps occur within the VMS and are progressing timely. • Partner with Program Manager(s) to review provider presents to ensure all requirements have been fulfilled and complete. • Manage and communicate any and all changes in requirements, requisitions, schedules, rules of engagement to Program Manager(s). • Work with VMS partner to ensure effectiveness, support, and evolution of capabilities. • Ensure timely timekeeping approvals and process; working with billing on issues and help to resolve. • Provide good customer service, handle escalated concerns and direct each to the appropriate parties when necessary. • Support implementation and special projects support as needed. • Identify and escalate operational risks or delays as needed.
