Overview: The Senior Director, Program Management Office (PMO) & Change Management Lead is a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Efficiency & Effectiveness Office, responsible for driving governance, execution discipline, cross-functional coordination, interdependency management, and stakeholder engagement for a multi-year enterprise transformation agenda. Supporting the Enterprise Efficiency & Effectiveness Office Lead and Finance COO, this leader oversees the program’s operating rhythm, ensures alignment to financial and headcount targets, and manages the communications and change agenda required for successful adoption across the enterprise. The PMO Lead serves as the central integration point for location strategy, AI/automation, vendor optimization, and org design opportunities —ensuring all initiatives are sequenced, measured, resourced, and governed through a unified framework. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage governance structures (steering committees, working groups, leadership reviews) - Implement scalable PMO tools and standardized project management practices - Maintain regular program cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly updates) - Sequence and oversee initiatives in location strategy, vendor optimization, automation/AI, and org design - Manage cross-functional dependencies and risks across Finance, HR, Data, Procurement, and business units - Track headcount, cost savings, vendor spend, and automation outcomes. Partner with Business Partners, BFOs, Controllers and FP&A to ensure all value is reflected accurately in financial plans. - Develop and execute change management strategies for workforce impacts, process redesign, and new ways of working. Partner with HR and Communications to support adoption, training, and readiness efforts. - Lead cross-enterprise stakeholder engagement to build alignment around program goals, expectations, and behavioral shifts - Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks and issues. Maintain logs for dependencies and blockers; anticipate challenges. - Integrate Execution Team and Lever owners (such as Procurement, HR and Data and Analytics) with governance routines. Ensure teams have resources and support for delivery. - Lead, manage, and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports Qualifications: - 10+ years in program management, transformation, large scale PMO, consulting, or change management roles preferred - MBA or related advanced degree preferred - 25%+ travel expected - primarily to St. Louis MO, Philadelphia, PA, and Bloomfield, CT - Proven experience supporting or leading multi-year efficiency, cost-reduction, or operational excellence programs - Strong expertise in program governance, KPI management, and cross-functional coordination - Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and influence senior leaders - Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presence - Experience working with global teams, including India-based hubs - Expertise in shared services, global capability centers, or transformation - Background in AI/automation programs or process redesign If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 186,500 - 310,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
