• Lead sales for assigned customers, both current and potential • Contacts customers, prepares presentations, identifies, and closes sales opportunities, leads ongoing client status calls and projects • Research client needs and creates a solution that meets their objectives • Liase with existing and new clients at conferences, virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings • Creates a sales plan to achieve revenue goals with manager • Provides ongoing sales pipeline metrics and plans to reach annual sales revenue target assigned • Stays up-to-date on the oncology marketplace, developing lists of new prospects and lists of existing accounts for contact and/or follow-up purposes • Lead all client contact and scheduling, and pipeline management • Provides strategic input and direction to help guide the team on products and market trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional time management skills, manage projects, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with senior level leaders within our organization as well as within client organizations
- Demonstrates a sound working knowledge of current role and the technical systems, applications and equipment used in performing this role, and understands the impact this role has on other business functions within the organization
- Must be able to use time efficiently by prioritizing and planning work activities and events
- Demonstrates ability to make independent and sound decisions in all situations
- Sets high standards and measures of excellence to ensure quality assurance in every aspect of work performed
- Demonstrates effectiveness and flexibility with changing environments, responsibilities, tasks and people
- Identifies and resolves issues in a timely manner and ability to act quickly to fix issues
- Proficient in all Microsoft Products, Zoom Meetings, and project management software
- Regular travel required.

Accountabilities - Work with several areas of lead generation including manufacturer reps, suppliers, TTI Family of Specialists (FOS) and other potential lead sources. - Own tracking and updating sales opportunities in assigned region within CRM and tracking logs, customer visit reports and contribution to forecasts. - Customer and lead identification for the hand-off to the extended Sales Teams for nurturing through the sales process. - Collaborate with division leadership and staff, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, and other stakeholders to support the business development plans and financial goals. - Execute and manage the lead Manufacturer Rep Lead progress with the XTG Sales Teams to ensure that corporate sales and goals are met. - Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complicated tasks. May be expected to lead and direct the work of others. - Assist Manager with development and implementation of results-oriented sales strategies as they relate to the Mfg Reps and Suppliers Sales organization. - Establish and maintain effective relationships with key Manufacturer Reps and Supplier Territory Managers; must be familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures within electronic component distribution. - Plan and analyze the impact of decisions before execution. Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan. - Support and participate in the company's total quality process; set and track goals. - Initiate, establish and maintain highly effective relationships with internal and external business contacts at all levels, of various cultures. - Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends and new concepts by reading industry periodicals, networking, attending periodic training events and trade shows to drive marketing activities resulting in increased sales and internal market expertise. - Evaluate options and assist in setting internal priorities by project. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum eight to ten years’ experience as a Manufacturer's Representative in the electronics industry and ideally managing the distribution relationships with the firm, or as a Regional Sales Manager in charge of distribution relationship employees or equivalent. - Electronics training would be preferred but not necessary. - Proven success in working with outside partnerships to generate opportunities and align strategic initiatives. - Design, contract management and project management experience is highly preferred. - Knowledge and experience of wireless sensor, IoT or Automotive solutions and selling engineering services is preferred.
