Role Description The Web Application Developer III is accountable for managing the Web Site/Ecommerce systems for all Exponential Technology Group (XTG) companies. This position works under general supervision on projects and/or programs of moderate to high complexity. They are accountable for designing, coding, testing, documenting and implementing code for new or existing applications. This position can be located remotely within the US. - Ensure public facing sites are performing as expected and secure. - Define development objectives by analyzing user requirements to match system features and functionality outlined. - Recommends and executes custom solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of development options. - Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. - Collaborate with the project team including but not limited to the mainframe, database and/or graphics resources to complete the requirements outlined for the initiative. - Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools. - Update job knowledge by researching new & emerging Web technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; leveraging available resources. - Convert project requirements into technical design specifications with detailed instructions and logical steps for coding by creating flowcharts and/or pseudo-code where applicable. - Formulate development plan by working with project management and outlining steps required to execute project, completing project assignments in a timely manner. - Develop programs that run efficiently and adhere to XTG standards by minimizing excess overhead in applications and re-using code and coding techniques. - Ensure long term maintainability of the system by documenting project according to XTG guidelines. - Eliminate errors before moving project to Quality Assurance by thoroughly testing and debugging code. - Ensure a timely progression of project completion by coordinating testing activities, including test data and results, with Quality Assurance. - Provide resolutions to problems by leveraging available resources for research and troubleshooting. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required. - A Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred. - Four to six years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Three plus years of extensive experience working with Kentico. - Two plus years of comprehensive experience working with Vue.js. - Two plus years of Microsoft Azure cloud services related to web app development. Requirements - Expert understanding of the Kentico Xperience MVC development model, including its architecture, custom development, and E-commerce features. - Advanced knowledge of C# and the Microsoft .NET Core technology stack and frameworks. - Proficiency in front-end web technologies, with a strong emphasis on Vue.js, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, as well as related web development languages and frameworks. - Thorough understanding of middle-tier technologies such as APIs (REST and SOAP), XML/JSON, message queues, and Web Services. - Competence in Microsoft Azure DevOps services and the Azure cloud platform. - Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Object Oriented Design (UML). - Possesses strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Possesses strong attention to detail. - Possesses strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. - Ability to analyze the impact of decisions before execution. - Displays positive interpersonal communication skills. - Possesses keyboard proficiency with ability to type 40 words per minute. Role Description The Principal, Global Solution Architect is the senior technical leader responsible for enterprise-wide solution architecture across all IT domains, including: - Infrastructure - Security - End-user experience/digital workplace - Business applications - Integration - Data/analytics - AI This role provides technical expertise to a global Solution Architecture team and ensures technology solutions align with business strategy. Operating within a Microsoft-first ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, Microsoft 365), the role partners closely with business and IT leaders to enable scalable platforms, integrations, data, and AI capabilities. The role chairs the Architecture Review Board and has final architecture recommendation authority prior to VP of IT approval for major change initiatives. Accountabilities - Define and drive enterprise-wide solution architecture vision, target state, and roadmaps across all IT domains. - Chair the Architecture Review Board to ensure architectural alignment and quality across major initiatives and delivery lifecycles. - Provide senior technical advisory and decision support for high-impact programs, platform selections, and tradeoff decisions. - Provide technical leadership for the solution architecture community by mentoring architects and establishing reusable reference architectures. - Shape and assure architecture outcomes across the Microsoft-first ecosystem. - Additional duties and projects as required. Role Description The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for lead generation, assisting Braemac and RFMW in identifying leads, building the sales pipeline, and marketing company services to Manufacturer Representatives. The primary objectives of this position are to search out, identify, and secure new sales opportunities with a primary focus based upon projects that involve utilization of the Mouser sales data, along with inclusion of our Manufacturer Representative partners and XTG Sales Teams, which ultimately lead to production volume business for XTG. Executes business development vision, strategy, plans and processes to drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. This is a remote position, with the ideal candidate located in one of the following: DFW, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Minneapolis, MN metro areas. Accountabilities - Work with several areas of lead generation including manufacturer reps, suppliers, TTI Family of Specialists (FOS) and other potential lead sources. - Own tracking and updating sales opportunities in assigned region within CRM and tracking logs, customer visit reports and contribution to forecasts. - Customer and lead identification for the hand-off to the extended Sales Teams for nurturing through the sales process. - Collaborate with division leadership and staff, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, and other stakeholders to support the business development plans and financial goals. - Execute and manage the lead Manufacturer Rep Lead progress with the XTG Sales Teams to ensure that corporate sales and goals are met. - Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complicated tasks. Qualifications - Minimum eight to ten years’ experience as a Manufacturer's Representative in the electronics industry and ideally managing the distribution relationships with the firm, or as a Regional Sales Manager in charge of distribution relationship employees or equivalent. - Electronics training would be preferred but not necessary. - Proven success in working with outside partnerships to generate opportunities and align strategic initiatives. - Design, contract management and project management experience is highly preferred. - Knowledge and experience of wireless sensor, IoT or Automotive solutions and selling engineering services is preferred.
