Why You’ll Love This Role Reporting to the Head of Sales Development and working with the go-to-market organization, the Manager, Sales Development is responsible for working alongside and developing great people as they are booking new business meetings for Sales through proactive inbound and outbound strategic prospecting. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will… - Work closely with SDR Leadership to lead a team of exceptional sales development professionals as a direct, first-line manager - Develop actionable strategies to improve pipeline creation velocity and quality and ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing continuous coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s to ensure their development - Manage and forecast quota attainment on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and develop your team’s outbound prospecting, qualification and pipeline creation skills - Use Salesforce, Outreach and Looker to analyze patterns, optimize team performance and adjust output/activity - Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs with SDR Leadership Team - Partner closely with our sales team, marketing and enablement teams to drive delivery against company goals. Demand Generation to provide feedback on AQLs and campaigns. Enablement and Demand Generation to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline. Sales and other members of SDR Leadership to identify areas of improvement and opportunity management and qualification processes - Motivate team members through creative incentives If You’ve Got It - We Want It - Strong industry knowledge - A Demonstrated track record of pipeline generation results/previous experience selling complex software or SAAS solutions - Demonstrated ability & previous experience recruiting, training and managing others - Ability to maintain and foster relationships internally and externally - Expert knowledge with Salesforce, Outreach and other tools in the tech stack - Experience improving and innovating sales processes - Strong business and tech acumen - Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual - Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Salary Range ($xxx-xxx) The total compensation offered for this position includes a commission/incentive plan. The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Role Description The Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) is a front-line, outbound sales role responsible for initiating conversations with new prospects and existing customers to identify qualified sales opportunities. This role is focused exclusively on cold calling, relationship re-engagement, and lead qualification, serving as a critical pipeline engine for the sales organization. Customer Engagement Specialists do not close deals. Their primary objective is to uncover interest, qualify opportunities, and submit high-quality leads to Aesthetic Consultants and Executive Aesthetic Consultants for follow-up, demonstrations, and closure. Location: Although remote, applicant must reside in Denver, Colorado. About the Pay: $70-80K salary, however there is the potential to earn up to $100-$120K in total compensation.
