• Create opportunities for sales through specification development • Project and opportunity intelligence gathering • Work with defined customers and responsible for specification and project related activities • Develop new and improve existing specification position within available documents • Develop multi-layer contact network within owner and EPC accounts • Identify and track global projects contract mapping • Communicate project development and contract awards to commercial team and management • Utilize company market & project tools to identify new project opportunities
Job Requirements
- 10 to 15 years in the O&G or similar industries with both technical and commercial experience
- Approximately 5 years in a managerial / team leader position
- Suitable technical or business degree
- Sound experience with protective coatings systems

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will: Position yourself as a trusted advisor to Enterprise clients and focus on opportunities for expansion, upsell, and cross sell Partner with customer success and renewals team to reduce churn, maximize product adoption, monitoring customer satisfaction (NPS), and improving overall account health Provide feedback and insights that help define and enhance our product roadmap, marketing collateral, upsell, and renewal strategies Identify new opportunities, and collaborate with appropriate business units to ensure deals close Partner with all necessary departments within TCP to ensure removal of barriers to maximum adoption. Effectively network within accounts from the C-Level down in order to achieve successful execution of the customer's expectations where appropriate, resetting them when applicable Travel up to 25%

• Responsible for functions within assigned Patient Financial Services (PFS) department. • Accurate and timely action on accounts as it relates to specific responsibilities. • Complies with governmental and managed care rules and regulations. • Review related charges and direct charges to the proper payer source. • Apply billing rules to research charges billable to third-party health insurance payers. • Invoices billable services and assists Study teams with understanding invoices. • Follows up on outstanding study-related billing and balances. • Receives and resolves patient billing questions and complaints. • Works closely with collection agencies to assure updated information.
