Inside Account Manager – DX ShareFile Key Accounts
Progress
• Work in tandem with a Field Key Account Rep to support and grow ShareFile’s top customers • Manage day-to-day sales activities, drive pipeline through targeted outreach, and support account execution to ensure ongoing value for our enterprise clients • Partner with Field Key Account Reps to execute territory and account plans, helping drive expansion, renewals, and overall account growth • Support outbound prospecting into named accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate meetings and build pipeline • Re-engage inactive or at-risk customers, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and help shepherd them through the sales cycle • Manage all assigned ShareFile Key Account renewals, ensuring proactive customer engagement and on-time closures • Map account stakeholders and identify decision-makers using tools and research to enable multi-threaded selling • Coordinate product demos and discovery calls, supporting Field Reps with customer engagement and prep • Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day questions and follow-ups, helping ensure a seamless customer experience • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive account-based motions
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales or outbound prospecting roles (e.g., BDR, Inside Sales Rep)
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team-first mindset
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and account development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and keep momentum in key accounts
- Confidence using sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms

Account Coordinator, National Accounts

• Serves as a point of contact for Relation’s largest, most complex clients • Monitors client questions, provides recommendations in partnership with the National Accounts Account Management Team on appropriate coverage changes and/or contractual requirements • Identifies, researches and provides resolution for standard client issues • Provides support to the National Accounts Account Management team in the remarketing of renewals to ensure a high level of account retention • Creates proposals as directed by the Account Manager • May review policies received from carriers to ensure accuracy to specifications/binders; expedite with insurance carriers needed corrections to policies received, process or prepare (order, follow-up and/or check) endorsements and applications • Facilitates the prompt response from carriers in an effort to work toward a settlement of all claims • Reviews policy audits and verifies their accuracy • Confirms necessary corrections between the client and the carrier are executed at the direction of the National Accounts Account Management team • Proactively communicates with client any significant audit differences • Reviews cancellations and determines reason for cancellation requests with an attempt to save client accounts, as appropriate, while maintaining the company’s financial equity at the direction of the National Accounts Account Management team • Stays abreast of industry information, new products, legislation, coverage and technology to continuously improve knowledge, performance and services to clients
