Role Description The Clinician Preference Coordinator I (CPC I) is a part-time, remote role responsible for making all scheduled recruiting lead sourcing calls daily in order to assist production teams. The CPC I contacts new clinician leads and updates provider preferences in our customer relationship management tool, Salesforce. - Lead Sourcing & Salesforce Documentation - 100% - Make outbound calls to new clinician leads to discuss availability and interest in locums - Assist production teams with lead sourcing assignments and projects - Update and maintain provider preference information in the Salesforce CRM database - Assist area associates and keep management informed of activities and significant issues - Promote the company’s professional image and brand May work on special projects or other duties as assigned.
