Role Description Under the direction of the ITS Project Management Office, the Project Manager will plan, direct and coordinate activities surrounding major department or organizational project(s) and initiative(s) to ensure goals and objectives are met within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Responsibilities include: - Operations analysis - Feasibility studies - Cost-benefit analysis - Development of project work or implementation plans - Formation of work groups - Management of work group processes aligned with a standard project lifecycle The Project Manager will facilitate information flow between project members, management and others, and operationalize relationships with external organizations, vendors and other strategic partners. The Project Manager has some managerial level responsibility and decision-making authority for assigned projects.
