You will work with all stakeholders to establish quality standards and monitor adherence to quality in day-to-day execution.
Job Requirements
- Passionate and work experience in Project Management. You have 1-3 years of work experience successfully managing the launch of projects from end to end while adhering to deadlines, scope, and quality requirements.
- Experience working with data products and the underlying tools utilized for access and manipulation.
- Comfortable with technology and finance. You have experience operating in a highly technical environment and the ability to translate technical discussions into clear project plans and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with development teams and ensure seamless project execution. Working knowledge of SQL or a programming language is a plus.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and foundational understanding of software development concepts (APIs, system integrations, data flows, etc.)
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and navigating technical documentation or specs, while asking thoughtful questions to ensure alignment on scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Working knowledge of project management tools, preferably Jira. You have a minimum of 1-3 years experience working in an Agile environment. You are detail-oriented and have experience in creating project plans, tracking project performance, communicating status, and identifying risks.
- Business acumen. You can keep a finger on the pulse of a rapidly evolving business and its priorities. You can take a step back and analyze team processes to identify bottlenecks and put together a plan to circumvent them.
- Effective communicator and self-motivated leader. You can communicate effectively with engineers and high-level business stakeholders alike. You have the written skills to create detailed process documents, plans, and status updates that are easily understood by all project participants. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
