Regional Territory Manager

• develop a pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, presenting, and nurturing opportunities • develop a strong follow-up cadence • own your number, from lead generation to closed-won • establish strong external relationships with decision-makers in all verticals (Athletic Directors, Parks & Rec Directors, Club Presidents, Turf Managers, etc.) • CRM maintenance, updating sales-related activity timely for accurate forecasting • establish strong internal relationships with marketing, operations, the BDR team, account managers, etc. • conduct robust robot demonstrations, highlighting your solid knowledge of Turf Tank’s robot

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying and closing experience
  • daytime and/or overnight travel is required up to 80% of the time (varying annually)
  • general work hours are 8am - 5pm
  • possess a valid driver's license
  • must pass a background/MVR and drug screen before the start date
  • maintain eligibility for Turf Tank's fleet insurance
  • be able to sit for extended periods of time in a vehicle
  • lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to sit and/or stand for 4-6 at a time

Who You’ll Work With VP, Strategic Relationship Management About The Role The Executive Relationship Manager at Corebridge Financial, plays a significant role in client retention by developing and maintaining close, positive client relationships through proactive communication, situational analysis, and information sharing with our most strategically important plans Responsibilities - Maintain and enhance existing client book of business - Be the strategic point of contact for the client and client's consultant and administrative support partners - Provide a high level of consistent responsiveness for requests from the client and their partners - Identify solutions to improve plan administration and overall participant experience - Develop relationships with the client key influencers and decision makers to better understand client needs and their business - Collaborate across the enterprise with internal partners and SMEs to provide the client with solutions that best meet their needs - Proactively deliver scheduled plan reviews utilizing data to impact outcomes and showcase value add - Be a Corebridge ambassador during interactions with consultants and clients during committee meetings, presentations, etc. - Add value as the client advocate by sharing client knowledge, goals and insights during internal meetings such as remediations and implementations to ensure best outcomes - Lead an integrated team for a one Corebridge client experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence - Create and execute strategic client plans with a focus on creative solutioning to decrease risks and identify opportunities - Partner with Consultant Relations to strengthen client through consultant sentiment - Support new business opportunities by partnering with the Business Development team Skills and Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in areas of benefits design, compliance and implementation with appropriate designation (i.e. CEBS, ASPA, etc.) - FINRA Series 6 and 63 required or appropriate FINRA/state insurance licenses preferred - Pension experience preferred - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or another related field. - Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of ERISA and succeeding legislation governing qualified pension plan types. - Recognized ability to deliver excellent customer service and customer retention - Demonstrated ability to continually meet and exceed Plan Sponsor and Participant goals - Ability to manage multiple institutional client relationships independently - Develop institutional client case studies and client references yearly - Demonstrate effectiveness in dealing with client organizations, especially top management - Excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to build and deliver presentations on complex information Work Location - This position is currently designated as remote. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Specialist to join our Energy Efficiency team. In this role, you will support the delivery of program services for the EmPOWER Maryland Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® initiative. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with trade allies, ensure program compliance, and drive participation to achieve energy savings goals. This position requires a proactive approach to client engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in program performance. What you will be doing: - Responding to customer inquiries regarding the process and procedure of the HPwES Program - Assisting with contractor coordination with file and data transfers - Building and maintaining relationships with key market actors in the home improvement industry. - Maintaining strong ongoing communications with participating contractors and consultants in order to assess their needs and to receive feedback on their experience with the program. - Providing or referring contractors and consultants to technical, administrative, and marketing assistance. - Contributing to the evolution of program strategies and the design of program features and services. - Contributing to the deployment of program marketing and outreach campaigns. - Conducting market ally outreach and training as needed. - Preparing status reports to accurately describe activities with program offerings and to monitor progress towards program goals on contractor/consultant participation and the completion of eligible projects. - Analysis of energy savings and verification of compliance reported through eligible projects. - Coordinating with or follow up on Quality Assurance activities such as field inspections and customer surveys, as appropriate.  - Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are between 5% to 15% of the time. (reimbursement for mileage provided)    What we need you to have (Minimum Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education) - 1+ years of professional work experience; preferably in energy efficiency, utilities or customer service - Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.   What we would like you to have (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working on residential energy efficiency programs or in an organization providing energy efficiency home improvements. - Demonstrated capabilities in building and maintaining relationships with key market actors in the residential home improvement industry including contractors, real estate agents, home energy rating specialists, weatherization agencies, and public officials. - Outstanding analytical, writing, and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required. - Experience with energy efficiency programs in Maryland and familiarity with programs run by utility companies in Maryland. - Experience with the home improvement market in Maryland - direct experience in production, administration or sales, or experience working with home improvement industry at a utility, public agency or non-governmental organization. - Knowledge of energy efficiency and US policies for residential energy. - Effective communicator to wide range of audiences - Strong organizational skills and self-discipline to track and coordinate with various personnel and organizations. - Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.
