Position Overview Join our growing Victim Services Suite team as a full-time Functional Consultant! We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft D365 CRM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in CRM implementations, configurations, and user training. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into proper configuration of the SylogistGov Victim Services Suite (VSS), a managed solution built on D365 Customer Service as well as any customizations that may be required by the customer to enhance their user experience and drive business efficiency. Responsibilities Include Requirements Gathering - - Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and gather functional requirements. - Conduct workshops and interviews to identify user needs and possible customizations. System Configuration and Customization - - Configure SylogistGov VSS to meet business requirements, including entities, fields, relationships, and workflows. - Develop and implement customizations using tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom plugins. Documentation and Reporting - - Create detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user documentation. - Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Project Management - - Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of VSS. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. User Support and Troubleshooting - - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users. - Analyze and resolve issues related to VSS functionalities. Continuous Improvement - - Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft D365 CRM. - Recommend and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user satisfaction. What We Look for in You Must-Haves - A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Must be a U.S citizen and able to pass an FBI background check as this is required by our customers. - A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting, including hands-on configuration and customization. Similar system configuration will be considered. - Must be a U.S citizen and able to pass an FBI background check as this is required by our customers. - Technical Skills to include: - Proficient in Microsoft D365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) - Experience with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) - Soft Skills to include: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities Nice-to-Have - Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus - Experience in Victim Services, Department of Corrections, Jail Management Systems a plus - Microsoft Certifications - Dynamics 365 Fundamentals - Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate Why Join Sylogist? You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The Financial Consultant will support Enterprise Clinical Services (ECS) and OptumHealth Risk Operations. This role is responsible for various tasks and will collaborate across the ECS Finance team to ensure accurate financials are presented to various stakeholders. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
