Role Overview You will provide L2 and L3 functional support for the SAP MM module within an AMS model, owning the Procure-to-Pay process end-to-end, resolving complex incidents, and delivering enhancements for a US-based client. This role goes beyond ticket handling — we need someone who can lead root-cause analysis, design solutions, and interact directly with client stakeholders.
