Operations Analyst
New Charter Technologies
• Analyze operational performance across New Charter’s 30+ operating companies, evaluating key business metrics such as capacity utilization, resource allocation, and project efficiency • Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics models that visualize KPIs, monitor trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across multiple business units • Identify operational trends, risks, and opportunities by synthesizing data from multiple systems (e.g., PSA, ERP, CRM) to support executive and operating company leadership in improving efficiency and profitability • Contribute to the development of scalable analytics frameworks in partnership with service alignment and data architecture leaders • Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests to investigate operational anomalies, assess process improvement initiatives, and support strategic decision-making by senior leadership • Build benchmarking models to evaluate subsidiary performance against internal standards and best-in-class metrics • Conduct forecasting and scenario modeling to project the impact of staffing, capacity, and service delivery changes on operational performance • Partner with executive leadership and the Operational Success Team to prepare insights, presentations, and data-driven recommendations for business reviews and strategic planning sessions • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Technology teams to align and automate data sources, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting efficiency • Support integration and onboarding efforts for newly acquired subsidiaries, ensuring their operational metrics and systems align with New Charter’s enterprise reporting standards • Support the development and documentation of data governance best practices in partnership with emerging platform and service alignment functions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an operations, business intelligence, or analytics-focused role; ideally in a multi-entity or shared services environment
- Proven experience analyzing business operations and efficiency metrics such as capacity, utilization, and service gross margin (SGM)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, report automation, and dashboard design
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization best practices
- Familiarity with ERP, PSA, and CRM platforms such as ConnectWise, NetSuite, or Adaptive
- Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data quality management
- Experience developing standardized KPI frameworks and performance scorecards across multiple business units
- Background in financial or operational modeling, variance analysis, and business forecasting
- Knowledge of MSP or technology services industry metrics, including project profitability, resource capacity, and client utilization

Role Description Under the supervision of a Claims Manager, the Claims Supervisor is responsible for ensuring delivery of quality claims services by ensuring staff and contracted team members have the necessary information and training to complete their work in compliance with association and regulatory standards. - Demonstrates a customer centric attitude. - Reviews open and closed claim files to ensure they are being handled consistently based on established guidelines and procedures. - Gives direction to ensure claims are handled accurately and appropriately within established time frames. - Ensures consistent delivery of services that meets or exceeds customer expectations and complies with regulatory and company standards by monitoring team members productivity and quality through management reports and file reviews. - Reviews and approves, within assigned authority levels, claim expenses and payments that exceed the examiner's granted authority. - Provides ongoing training and employee development to team members and ensures all receive communication of department policies and procedures. - Resolves complaints, problems, and coverage questions which have been escalated through the team. - Participates in department initiatives such as analyzing reserves, leakage, and methods for pending reductions. - Participates in short-term planning and prepares management report to ensure the most expeditious and equitable resolution of claims to the insureds and the department. - Develops, recommends and implements operating schedules, workflows and procedures to achieve optimal team performance levels. - Communicates decisions in a clear and professional manner. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - AIC, and/or CPCU designation, or demonstrated progress toward achieving the designation. - 3+ years of relevant work experience. • Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States. • Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers. • Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy. • Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required. • Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed. • Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers. • Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.
