• Leads a team of 5 people who are responsible for all Supplier negotiations across Sophos, including contracting, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, and business partner alignment. • Partner with the VP - Procurement, Purchasing team lead, and Sr. Manager of Procurement Reporting & Analytics to lead and set direction of the Procurement organization. • Partner with Procurement leaders to lead the design, development, and maintenance of workflows, dashboards, and reports. • Provide technical expertise in automating processes and optimizing team collaboration. • Provide guidance to design and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights. • Partner with IT, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align technology and operations solutions with business goals. • Define and implement best practices for operations and technology, including JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, Power BI usage & AI. • Establish executive governance mechanisms including supplier reviews, QBRs, and performance scorecards to drive transparency and accountability. • Drive a culture of ethical procurement, accountability, and continuous improvement across global sourcing and purchasing organizations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and other SAP configuration specialists to gather, analyze, and document requirements, and implement approved designs. • Coordinate proactively with colleagues to understand business processes, system integrations, and dependencies to complete assigned tasks efficiently. • Manage small projects and enhancements within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) domain, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Perform hands-on SAP ECC configuration, with strong expertise in Procurement (direct and indirect), Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Workflow, and Approval processes. • Utilize deep knowledge of SAP tables, fields, and custom fields related to PTP pricing procedures; experience with BAPIs and function modules is required. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the PTP process, including release strategies, requisitioning, purchase order creation, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment processing. • Support Solution Architects in evaluating solution options, brainstorming design approaches, and implementing the best-fit solutions within the existing environment. • Adapt systems and configurations to align with evolving business processes and requirements. • Integrate PTP processes with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications, including EDI interfaces. • Contribute to the execution of a multi-year Procure-to-Pay roadmap, including integration of systems from newly acquired entities. • Assist in developing an SAP S/4HANA migration roadmap and participate in downstream implementation activities. • Provide end-user training and develop comprehensive training materials to support adoption of new processes and systems. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for PTP-related configurations and developments. • Maintain detailed configuration documentation, functional specifications, and process flows for audit and knowledge transfer purposes. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and procurement policies. • Identify opportunities to optimize PTP processes, reduce manual effort, and improve system performance. • Stay current with SAP ECC and S/4HANA PTP innovations, best practices, and industry trends. • Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless end-to-end PTP process integration. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for PTP in cross-functional projects. • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and integration partners to deliver solutions involving third-party systems. • Assist in change impact analysis, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement for PTP-related initiatives.

• Interacts routinely with internal business stakeholders and external vendor partners to understand strategic objectives and near/long term plans • Supports execution of planned project initiatives and contract actions • Collaborates with business units to incorporate procurement initiatives into financial and operational plans • Ensures ongoing review and optimization of Category Strategies as a key enabler to business success • Supports and contributes to the Category Strategy, including supplier portfolio, capabilities, risk profiles, market trends, and areas of opportunity • Applies a strategic mindset to execute on savings/efficiency opportunities • Engages in data analysis to quantify spend forecasts and realized savings • Interacts with vendors – including negotiations, RFx events, and supplier reviews • Supports strategic recommendations on market opportunities, negotiation tactics, and points of leverage in order to deliver results • Executes tasks, creates deliverables, and applies administrative support in Jira Projects and Ironclad Contracts platforms to ensure initiatives are delivered timely, completely, and in alignment with WE processes • Reviews proposed terms and conditions pursuant to vendor engagements • Recommends contract language improvements to both business and legal terms in alignment with desired positions and outcomes • Leverages Ironclad Contract system for contract review, revisions and storage • Contributes to and is accountable for execution of project initiatives • Facilitates interaction with other internal/external stakeholders in support of desired business outcomes • Collaborates with Legal, IT-Security, Compliance, and other control groups to mitigate risk, support diligence reviews in vendor engagements

• Lead the Sourcing Product Development team, setting clear priorities, coaching team members, and fostering a high-performance culture • Oversee product development from concept to Buy Ready, ensuring that samples and materials comply with Tech Pack specifications • Build strong, multi-level relationships by proactively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sourcing leaders and Brand partners by providing insights and recommendations • Collaborate with Brand teams to formalize development calendars and ensure adherence to GTM calendar • Provide regular updates on seasonal GTM progress to stakeholders, highlighting potential issues and opportunities for improvement • Support the Commercialization team in developing standardized processes • Work with the Global Supply Planning team to validate product allocation and production plans • Support knowledge transfer and develop the talent pipeline by documenting processes and implementing training programs • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
