Role Description We’re looking for a temporary, experienced healthcare recruiter with a strong track record hiring Registered Nurses to support our team during a high volume period. In this role, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process for RN positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders and working alongside a supportive and collaborative TA team that works together to get things done. This fully remote assignment offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact and use your expertise to attract top clinical talent. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates under occasional guidance. Provides the best quality service to hiring managers and job candidates through sourcing and selection. Key Responsibilities - Analyzes the requirements of the open position in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR colleagues. - Builds pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted outreach and recruitment events. - Sources and pre-screens applicants to identify the best candidates for hiring manager review. - Coordinates the compensation efforts between the Compensation department and the hiring manager. - Leverages Talent Operations key metrics and collaborates with HR colleagues on issues. - The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for full cycle talent acquisition including exempt and non-exempt staff in Skilled Nursing/Health Care Centers.
