Role Description Collette is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to join our Client Care Team. This is a remote position. This position requires team members to reach out to potential clients from a list of generated leads which we obtain from many sources including our website, social media, partnerships, and many more with the goal of building company revenue and customer loyalty through differentiated and personal guest experiences. Primary Functions: - Influence customers to book tours by following sales call flows. - Handle customer needs by taking a consultative approach. - Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information and emails. - Maintain a timely customer follow up strategy. - Use resources such as email and mailings to provide accurate information to all guests. - Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions. - Meet or exceed the sales goals determined by Management and your Sales Team. - Accurately complete a customer booking in our reservation system. - Complete outbound calls to establish relationship and create follow up appointments with decision makers. - Regularly communicate with manager and team members to review lead rotations, closing techniques, updates to policies and products, and other important updates. - Continued commitment to product education to better service customer calls. - Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree preferred. - Strong active listening skills. - Must be outgoing and energetic. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Must present and communicate in a professional manner. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must be organized with good time management skills. - Previous outbound calling/sales experience. - Experience in executing sales strategies. - Possess strong presentation and closing skills. - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals. - Must be able to collaborate and work within different teams to accomplish goals.
