Role Description Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Creative Coordinator to join our thriving team! You will be a professional, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic, proactive, and positive. This role is about staying on top of multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining a high degree of attention to detail to achieve better results. What You'll Do - Ad Library & Database Management: Maintain ad libraries and ensure databases of top headers, ad text, and headlines are consistently up to date. - Performance Reporting: Assist with reporting tasks, including Creative Insights reports, QBRs, and verifying data accuracy across various systems. - Operational Support: Assist with data entry, formatting, entering screenshots, and maintaining the accuracy of client information databases. - Project Coordination: Provide assistance project managing new client launches and collaborate with internal teams to track project timelines. - Systems & Admin: Assist with the migration to Notion, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare minutes. Qualifications - Experience working in the digital media industry, particularly social media advertising (User-Generated Content, Direct-to-Consumer). - Proven experience providing administrative support to various departments and stakeholders. - Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal. - Expert multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and complete projects within tight deadlines. - Strong proficiency using Google Suite applications and experience with customer/client database management. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a high degree of proactivity.
