• Support Sales, Marketing, and Service teams through ongoing HubSpot optimization and operational support. • Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring proper configuration and functionality across Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs. • Administer users, permissions, pipelines, views, teams, and access controls within HubSpot. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. • Host and facilitate HubSpot Office Hours to assist end users, resolve issues, and drive platform adoption. • Perform QA testing on automations, integrations, and new feature releases to ensure reliability and scalability. • Assist with release notes, system change communications, and training materials to support platform updates and improvements. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide support and guidance to internal HubSpot users. • Stay updated on HubSpot platform updates, industry trends, and Revenue Operations best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
  • HubSpot certifications (Revenue Operations, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Sales Operations)
  • Experience using AI tools to improve operational workflows, documentation, or automation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, data modeling, including objects, properties, associations, Life Cycle stages, and Pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of property governance, deduplication, data normalization, reporting accuracy, funnel metrics, and attribution logic.
  • Experience with data enrichment or other integrations such as Apollo, ZeroBounce, or PandaDoc is a plus.
  • Experience managing CRM data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot integrations and external system connectivity.
  • General understanding of API concepts and methodologies, webhooks, data syncing, field mapping, authentication, rate limits, integration failures.
  • Comfortable with Postman, HubSpot API docs, learning new software quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure while supporting multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
