• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management. • Lead new client onboarding and implementations, including kickoff calls and implementation meetings. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation while communicating progress, risks, and next steps. • Coordinate implementation tasks and system integrations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time. • Provide regular status updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams including integration and development teams. • Conduct ongoing client check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews to support long-term success. • Identify workflow optimization opportunities and communicate product enhancement ideas based on client feedback. • Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to improve solutions and refine product positioning. • Troubleshoot product issues, document bugs or concerns, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. • Maintain knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulatory considerations, and industry trends relevant to the platform.

• Reviews contract records, terms and conditions, and correspondence of Purchasing Departments looking for sources of lost revenue. • Analyzes data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, or other means of lost revenue. • Research validity of suspected revenue loss. • Documents, prepares, and submits reports for client and management by providing documented and supportive details. • Makes recommendations to client and management for preventing future losses. • Performs as part of an investigative team carrying out various roles, including supervisory, as needed. • Communicates with clients’ vendors to investigate the validity of suspected claims. • Ensures client and management are well informed of issues arising from the review process. • Participate in weekly meetings with internal audit teams to ensure audit plan is executed to expectations.

• Drive outbound prospecting campaigns, generating qualified leads through high-volume calls, emails, and outreach. • Simultaneously hunt to schedule appointments for the Sales RVPs, while nurturing a named (finite) list of large target accounts for future opportunities. • Engage with executives at large health systems to uncover needs and position SpendMend’s value-driven solutions. • Consistently exceed KPIs for calls and emails, and qualified meetings booked. • Master SpendMend’s suite of solutions and confidently speak the language of healthcare finance and procurement.

• Conduct onsite and remote audits both independently and with support • Perform a gap analysis of policy and procedures following a policy checklist • Review and finalize audit agendas and data request lists • Develop an individualized audit guide prior to the pre-audit call • Present all audit prep work, notes, and sample results in audit guide • Audit patient records to determine if prescription written is from an eligible clinic or hospital location, by a covered entity provider, and the prescription is related to the care received at the covered entity and documented in the EHR • Monitor ordering/purchasing processes, and analyze invoices, shipping, and inventory processes related to 340B drugs • Professional audit summary writing is expected immediately following an audit • Complete audit summary report draft within one week of audit • Lead entrance and closing conferences • Provide client an education slide deck

• Communicating with clients and state agencies • Researching databases to identify unpaid funds • Tracking opportunities using internal systems • Documenting claim activity from initiation through resolution • Supporting other departmental processes as needed

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer support via ticketing system, email, and scheduled calls • Troubleshoot platform issues, data discrepancies, and user access questions • Escalate complex technical or data issues to engineering or analytics teams with clear documentation and context • Track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in accordance with SLAs • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, translating technical concepts into plain language • Proactively identify patterns in support issues and provide feedback to product and engineering teams • Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal support documentation • Collaborate with Customer Success, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to resolve customer issues efficiently • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives
