Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience recovering unclaimed property from government agencies
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data from multiple sources
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and track projects through completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with clients and state agencies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with databases or case-management systems preferred
- Ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and accountability when handling client information.

The Analyst, Rebate Operations is responsible for operational aspects of Navitus’ rebate programs including, but not limited to: - Rebate submission through direct pharmaceutical manufacturers - Rebate submissions through third party entities - Rebate optimization - Rebate guarantee reconciliation and reporting - Sales and request for proposal (RFP) support - Internal and external audit support - Client operations Is this you?
