- What We Are Looking For:
- We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background supporting enterprise clients in the financial services industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end program management of a large, complex enterprise account, serving as the strategic partner responsible for driving alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes.
- You operate with confidence in high-stakes, cross-functional settings, building alignment across internal and client stakeholders while driving accountability and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
- This role is primarily remote but requires occasional travel within the New York area for in-person collaboration at the company office (up to once per week) and meetings at client headquarters.
- What You Will Work On
- Lead the planning and execution of complex enterprise programs, coordinating support across onboarding, technical implementation, and value realization workstreams
- Serve as the central point of accountability for program health, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans across cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product.
- Establish clear communication cadences and executive-level reporting to ensure alignment across client stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive organizational change management activities required for successful adoption, including stakeholder alignment, process enablement, and operational readiness
- Ensure program outcomes translate into measurable business value, performance improvement, and long-term strategic partnership growth
- Develop, refine and scale program delivery frameworks, governance models, and operational best practices to improve execution consistency across accounts
- Engage with external partners and vendors as needed to ensure seamless integration and delivery
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support for project management staff
- What you Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certification (PgMP, MSP, PMP) preferred
- Extensive experience in project and program management, including oversight of complex or multi-year programs
- 7–10 years of experience in program management or customer-facing roles supporting large enterprise engagements, ideally working with Fortune 500 companies and within the financial services industry (or 8–12 years of equivalent client-facing experience, preferably in digital marketing)
- 3-5+ years experience with Persado’s product or other technical SaaS products, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience with various marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Experience in digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social, web) and various use cases (e.g., Acquisition, Services, Engagement)
- Experience in managing technical implementations and running a/b or muti-variant testing within digital marketing platforms will be considered a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect project outcomes with organizational objectives
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, MSP, PMBOK)
- Proven experience managing risks, and high-level decision making
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
