• Provides technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys. • Leads site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and the requirements to complete the scope of work. • Develops energy conservation strategies to execute the project scope of work related to retro-commissioning. • Assists design team with integration of all energy conservation strategies to ensure all systems have a comprehensive and unified approach to energy management. • Reviews Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for equipment and services procurement to ensure project outcomes are accounted for. • Conducts commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents. • Troubleshoots equipment/system installation and setup problems.

Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
  • Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
  • Possesses expert technical knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and Customer/Client orientation.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.

If the idea of making cars sing gets your motor running, keep reading.    Job Description: This position is a mid-level Fleet Mobile Technician II who provides high quality vehicle maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles with a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.  This Technician may work independently or in a team environment.  The Automotive Technician II will report to the Area Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, Area Fleet Maintenance Manager, or the Senior Area Fleet Maintenance Manager.   Job Responsibilities: - Perform Preventive Maintenance: change oil, oil filter, fuel filter, transmission flush, and inspection of vehicle for mechanical deficiencies. Perform light repairs as required. - Based upon certification levels, perform various repairs and maintenance which may include: OBD II systems, brake components, tires, tune-ups, suspension components, aerial lifts, electrical systems, State Safety Inspections, interior/exterior components, engine, and drive line components, etc. - May maintain/repair equipment. (Cable trailers, laptop docking stations, etc.) - Keep shop area clean and tidy. Perform work in accordance with safety standards. Dispose of all fluids in a safe manner and in accordance with all regulations. - Create and maintain vehicle history and maintenance records. May up-fit new vehicles with necessary equipment. - Performs some more complex repairs, advanced diagnostics, and some fabrication. - Assures prompt repairs by interfacing and coordinating with vendors for parts and repairs. Role Description The Field Service Technician I (FST I) is a company driver responsible for delivering exceptional service while servicing grease traps and used cooking oil bins from restaurants, industrial plants, shopping centers, and convenient stores. During the execution of services, our FST’s are responsible for complying with all DOT, state regulations, and company safety and compliance policies.
