SAP IBP Analyst
iHerb, LLC
• Support, configure, and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes within e-commerce digital operation. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Manage system enhancements and ensure data integrity within SAP IBP and integration with SAP S/4HANA. • Work with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into SAP IBP solutions. • Configure SAP IBP modules for Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Forecasting, Supply planning, Response, and Supply. • Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, non-SAP legacy environments. • Create detailed documents for custom developments for technical teams. • Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training. • Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements. • Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-medium projects, and mentor teams.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes
- Deep knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and configuration across different modules specified above
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA IBP
- Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience
- SAP IBP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred.
- Experience with data migration, reporting, and industry standards is a plus.

In this role, you will maintain synergy trackers, quantify impact, link operational milestones to value capture, standardize templates, maintain dependency maps, and partner with FP&A and functional leads to quantify progress vs. plan.
