Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Mathematics preferred or;
- Minimum 7-years Contract Compliance, Audit and/or Accounting related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Ability to demonstrate testing methodology and communicate the inherent/apparent risks.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERP Software desired.
- Ability to learn Client software and applications as needed.
- Complete understanding of contract forms and complex testing structures
- Pass a proficiency test.

Summary: The Analyst, Post Sale Title serves as the primary liaison between our organization and vendors providing title services, with a specific focus on managing FHA and VA title processing for post-sale conveyance files. This role ensures seamless communication, drives process efficiencies, and delivers high-quality reporting and analysis on vendor performance and title operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adept at maintaining strong working relationships both internally and externally. Summary The Analyst, Dfault Refer III will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and processing an assigned portfolio of accounts in pre-foreclosure status. Under the direction of the Default Referral Supervisor, the Default Referral Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of accounts to ensure the Foreclosure process is completed accurately in adherence to mandatory state and investor timelines by acting as a liaison between the various areas in default and outside counsel. Provide management with status updates and prepare a variety of complex reports to ensure compliance with all agency, investor and insurer guidelines.
