• Act as a strategic partner to established customers by providing consistent guidance • Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive collaboration • Conduct regular customer business reviews • Collaborate with Sales Development Manager ID, Health System Executive, and others • Develop and execute strategic account plans • Use sales metrics and standardized tools to document sales processes • Ownership of sales funnel (SFDC) and account analysis (PowerBI) • Responsible for contract negotiation, pricing, and customer service
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years proven success in medical sales
- Deep understanding of laboratory and point-of-care settings
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (4 days/week, up to ~35% overnight travel)
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze healthcare market data
- Demonstrated individual contributor experience including problem solving, complex selling, planning and execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and documented success in team selling environment
