Job Requirements
- 1-3+ years of marketing operations, agency coordination, or marketing support experience
- Strong organisational systems with relentless follow-through on deadlines and recurring tasks
- Ability to read marketing performance reports (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and spot material changes in key metrics
- Excellent written communication skills for turning raw data into clear, decision-oriented summaries
- Experience managing external agencies or vendors with polite but firm accountability
- Comfortable with basic data tracking concepts (cost per lead, conversion rates, lead source attribution)
- Proven ability to maintain recurring meeting schedules and extract deliverables from external partners on time
- Self-directed operator who can run a weekly rhythm without constant oversight
- Pattern recognition skills to flag abnormal performance within 48 hours of detection
- Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or CRM reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar)
- Commercial judgement focused on revenue protection and lead quality over vanity metrics
- Low-ego collaborator who works smoothly with sales teams and agencies without creating friction
