Creator Partnerships Manager – Internal Partnerships
Pearl West
• Oversee and manage all internal creator relationships • Monitor creator deliverables daily — content submissions, posting cadence, deadlines, and GMV results • Approve and onboard new creator partnerships • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to align creators with key events, flash sales, and Mega Sale Days • Monitor creator performance KPIs • Partner closely with the Community Manager to nurture creator engagement inside Discord • Run weekly performance reviews and maintain an organized creator CRM • Develop incentive programs (samples, commissions, early access) • Ensure creators understand brand messaging, expectations, and best practices for content success • Keep creator data clean and current • Act as the internal escalation point for creator issues, content conflicts, or performance drops
Job Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in creator management, influencer partnerships, talent relations, or social commerce
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystems, affiliate programs, or UGC workflows
- Organized, structured, and comfortable working with reporting tools
- High ownership mindset — proactive, fast, and solutions-driven
