• Conduct Sensor Activation visits with new members, ensuring successful connectivity of required sensors • Support a continuous flow of scheduled, member-facing visits throughout the day, with a focus on maintaining quality and consistency across each experience • Engage with members via video and phone calls for a majority of the workday, providing real-time, solution-oriented support in a high-volume, queue-based environment • Handle back-to-back customer interactions across phone, video, and chat channels with minimal downtime • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while delivering empathetic, high-quality member experiences • Document all interactions accurately and in real time, ensuring clear visibility across systems and teams • Manage and resolve support cases within a ticketing system • Prioritize and triage inbound inquiries based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution • Consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics such as first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction • Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed • Maintain a strong attention to detail while multitasking across systems, tools, and workflows

• Assist clients with selecting destinations, accommodations, and curated experience options • Provide recommendations based on client interests, budgets, and travel styles • Research itineraries, activities, and unique destination highlights • Coordinate reservations, logistics, and client preferences • Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process • Utilize industry tools to source information and organize client details • Stay up to date on destination trends, seasonal opportunities, and experience options • Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized service

• Help clients plan and coordinate vacations, getaways, and destination experiences • Research accommodations, activities, and destination options • Build customized itineraries tailored to each client's preferences • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms • Provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the planning process • Keep organized records and follow established processes • Join optional virtual trainings to enhance skills and knowledge

• Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy, and to avoid errors or mistakes; Including: checking programmed surveys for logic and precision • Regularly liaise with internal team to ensure all relevant project information is fully obtained before the project goes into field • Log sample information and accurately generate sample inventory reports into database • Verify all incoming samples comply with in-house methodology and SOPs • Monitoring and reviewing the quality of data collected to ensure samples and quotas meet the project plan • Supporting in developing and reviewing of client final data file deliverables, and all other reports requested by the Operations team
