• Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy, and to avoid errors or mistakes; Including: checking programmed surveys for logic and precision • Regularly liaise with internal team to ensure all relevant project information is fully obtained before the project goes into field • Log sample information and accurately generate sample inventory reports into database • Verify all incoming samples comply with in-house methodology and SOPs • Monitoring and reviewing the quality of data collected to ensure samples and quotas meet the project plan • Supporting in developing and reviewing of client final data file deliverables, and all other reports requested by the Operations team

• Manage back-end logistics of destination research and itinerary management • Oversee development of comprehensive itineraries • Serve as primary point of contact for external vendors • Ensure meticulous documentation of booking data

• Conduct thorough research on global locations, including current entry protocols, local amenities, and logistics. • Assist in the creation and management of customized schedules, including lodging, transportation, and local activities. • Coordinate directly with various third-party providers to confirm and manage reservations and special requests. • Maintain meticulous records of reservation details and specific preferences to ensure a seamless process.

• Provide excellent guest service while helping clients plan their travel • Research destinations, accommodations, and activities • Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, etc.) • Maintain client relationships and ensure seamless travel experiences • Stay informed on current travel trends, deals, and vendor promotions
