Role Description We are looking for like-minded creative technologists who love their craft and building groundbreaking products. - Growth Operations & Automation - Build and manage automated workflows across the marketing and sales stack using tools like Clay, Zapier, and Mailchimp. - Maintain the operational backbone of our GTM motion — keeping systems connected and data flowing. - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and increase team velocity. - Maintain CRM hygiene and support pipeline reporting. - Lead Generation & Outreach - Plan and execute webinars end-to-end. - Support outbound prospecting by managing lead lists and outreach sequences. - Manage inbound inquiries across email and LinkedIn. - Test new growth channels including ads, partnerships, and co-marketing campaigns. - Own Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure Intangible surfaces in AI-driven search and discovery. - Lifecycle Marketing & Content - Manage lifecycle email programs including onboarding, feature launches, and re-engagement. - Maintain tutorial and educational content as the product evolves. - Coordinate with designers, writers, and video creators to produce marketing assets. - Repurpose content across channels including email, social, and outbound. - Manage Intangible’s social presence and support product launch moments. - Growth & Operations Support - Maintain and update the company website to reflect current messaging, product positioning, and campaigns. - Manage core marketing and sales systems and ensure tools are functioning effectively across teams. - Track campaign performance and support reporting on marketing and growth initiatives. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations (ideally at a startup). - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Clay, Zapier, or similar platforms. - Strong written communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with marketing and sales tools (CRM, CMS like Webflow, email platforms). - Comfortable creating simple visuals in Canva, Figma, or similar tools. - Comfortable working as a generalist across marketing, sales, and operations. - High ownership and initiative. - Familiarity with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
