Description OPEN TO US RESIDENTS ONLY We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert professional who can help grow UnityBPO by generating new sales opportunities. You will work directly with our leadership team to hunt for and develop new prospects and work with those relationships to close sales. The ideal person is someone who is comfortable with themselves and knows exactly what is needed to get the job done -- with little direction. A detailed person who leaves no task undone. And comfortable talking with anyone from receptionist to C-suite. You’ll need great networking skills and know how to use those skills to hunt for new projects. If you’ve got prior experience in lead generation for professional services, IT managed services, or healthcare technology, then you’re a great fit for this job! What is expected of the Lead Generation Expert Lead Generation professional who can help grow UnityBPO by generating new sales opportunities. This project will be making outbound calls to prospects, engaging in conversations to qualify leads and nurturing relationships to drive conversions and sales. • Generating potential customers and building a pipeline of prospects • Proactively generate new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, social selling, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns. • Qualify leads and book meetings for the senior sales team. • Own your KPIs and lead pipeline — we want someone who thrives on hitting targets. Goal: To set an introductory meeting and hand off the lead to Account Executives who are responsible for closing deals Requirements • 2-3 years’ experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or similar roles. • Familiarity with Lead Generation techniques, tactics, tools (like Yesware, ZoomInfo, sales navigator, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Self-starter with a positive, “hunter” mindset.
