About the role: We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to develop, execute, track and optimize end-to-end demand engine to join our strong marketing team. This role owns the strategy and execution of programs that create and capture demand across the full buyer journey—driving booked meetings, pipeline, and revenue. You’ll partner closely with our outbound ADR team, Customers Success, Sales & Marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, processes, and KPIs, while leading a high-performing demand gen engine and agency partners. This is a highly cross-functional role for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, blends creativity with rigor, and is equally comfortable setting strategy, rolling up their sleeves, and being accountable for outcomes. Core Responsibilities: - Partner closely with key stakeholders, including our head of marketing operations, to ensure alignment on strategy, campaign launches, timelines, resources, process definitions, messaging, and KPIs. - Develop programs tailored to multi-persona buying groups across operations, safety, finance, and executive stakeholders. - Translate ICP insights into targeted messaging, offers, and campaign orchestration across the buyer journey. - Lead the demand gen team responsible for our portfolio of programs across all channels and the entire customer journey. - Design and executive demand gen strategy and tactics. Clearly communicate the creating and capturing demand gen strategy and puts together goals and project plans that align to company goals. - Track and report on key demand gen metrics to include sources impacting booked meetings, opportunities, HIRO pipeline, and revenue using blended attribution modeling and tracking. Advise on the effectiveness and future direction of campaigns and spend. - Proactively leverage a multi-channel approach, including SEM, SEO, AIO, social media, video, mailers, gifting, content syndication, partners, etc. - Lead the design and execution of our ABM strategy - focused on our target ICP accounts, build the program elements of include the audience segmentation channels used, intended audience actions, sales actions, and performance measurement. - Design and run structured experiments across channels, messaging, offers, and audiences; document learnings and apply insights to future programs. - Partner closely with Revenue Operations to ensure clean data, attribution integrity, funnel visibility, and consistent definitions across marketing and sales. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, intent data, and attribution tools (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, attribution platforms, intent data).
Job Requirements
- Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility and ownership of outcomes.
- A demonstratable record of pipeline performance, campaign execution and analysis, ability to manage a budget to the penny.
- A strong understanding of the difference between lead gen and demand gen strategies and proven experience in successfully creating and capturing demand.
- Strong project and peer management skills to get everyone on the same page to execute, in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and change management skills to effectively educate internal teams on the strategy, our goals, and how we will execute.
- A bias towards action, accountability and a willingness to dive in.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Time in seat with Hubspot, Pardot or similar marketing automation programs.
- A high degree of comfort in Salesforce with the ability to build critical reporting.

Benefits
- This is a full-time remote position. We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $110,000-$115,000 base salary plus bonus. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. The Credentialing Enrollment Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing payer enrollment activities for providers across our national behavioral health network. This role serves as a subject-matter expert in payer enrollment requirements and processes, while also providing day-to-day execution, quality oversight, and workflow coordination for enrollment specialists or contractors.
