In This Role You Will... - Prepare, validate, and convert financial and operational data, including customer and vendor records, contracts, and historical balances. - Partner with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and Talent teams to support smooth integration of financial processes and systems. - Assist with Workday data setup and validation (e.g., company information, tax IDs, cost centers). - Review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations to support accurate opening balance sheet entries. - Perform month-end close activities for U.S. entities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations under supervision. - Support intercompany accounting and balance sheet maintenance. - Assist with audit preparation by compiling schedules, documentation, and responding to inquiries. - Provide ad hoc support across accounts payable, expense reporting, and accounts receivable. - Support finance and accounting initiatives through project coordination, tracking deliverables, and following up with stakeholders. - Participate in cross-functional workstreams and integration meetings. - Contribute to process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and recommendations to improve efficiency and controls. - Collaborate with teammates to support knowledge sharing, compliance with accounting policies, and a positive, professional team environment. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $27,387 - $57,541.
