• Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of SAP Business One clients across Eastern U.S. • Inherit and develop an established portfolio of ERP clients, focusing on strengthening relationships, expanding solutions, and identifying new opportunities that support client growth. • Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with client executives and operational leaders to understand their evolving business priorities and identify solutions that support their growth. • Primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building trusted partnerships with executive and operational stakeholders. • Regularly engage with CFOs, CIOs, and operational leadership teams, helping them align technology investments with long-term business strategy. • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by aligning Vision33 solutions with client business objectives and regional ARR targets. • Develop and execute structured account plans that support both client success and regional revenue goals. • Ensure long-term client success by proactively managing relationships, addressing challenges, and aligning internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, account forecasting, and performance reporting to support regional growth targets. • Work closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure clients receive maximum value from Vision33’s solutions and services.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in client relationship management, account management, or client success role.
- 5+ years’ experience working with ERP, SaaS, or business management software within the SMB or mid-market sector.
- Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven success managing and growing strategic client accounts.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities within client accounts.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and operational leaders.
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers (accounting or ERP process knowledge is an asset).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A consultative approach focused on long-term partnership and measurable client value.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to manage performance against account growth targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern U.S. as required.
